
Why did I create this series?
During my time posting on social media, many reported to me feeling lost with how to regulate during tough emotional experiences (panic attacks, depressive episodes, and anger outbursts for example.)
This is NOT therapy
Although it would be awesome to have a therapist on-call to walk you through a difficult experience, that isn't always a possibility.
I figured the next best thing to having a therapist on-call, would be to create a pocket series to walk you through re-regulating, step-by-step.

When in the middle of a distressing, emotional experience, our brains are quite literally offline. This makes it difficult to remember what to do to re-regulate. The Pocket Couch Time series was created with this in mind.
